All watches are warranted for 1 year (from date of purchase) against any Manufacturer defects.

All exchanges and returns must be approved through our Support department.
This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, chips, etc.), or neglect. Waterproof models must have crown screwed down tight to ensure water does not leak in. All watches have an internal tamper-proof seal. If you open the watch case and seal is broken, all return policies are void on this watch.
If your product is damaged or broken and cannot be repaired a replacement will be provided of the same model if still in stock at time of return. If item is not in stock a replacement of similar value can be selected.
Product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Used products cannot be exchanged for a new product.
If a product is being sent back for exchange due to reasons other than defect, there is a restocking fee.
Allow up to 30 days for your warranty return to be processed.
Keep in mind you are purchasing a replica of the original watch. Proper handling and care for your new replica watch is pertinent to its longevity.
